I received the signature facial, which is a 4 step layering process with massage included. My skin looks brand new!! Got my very first O2 facial with Oceannie this week and she was amazing! This was my first time at Ciao Bella, and I had a great time. I got a lash lift and tint with Océannie; she did fantastically with my short asian lashes. She was very polite and explained what she would be doing next at every step of the appointment; it made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The booking process was quick and easy, and the ladies were incredibly accommodating. After a big snowfall the night before and a stressful drive in, they were so kind and welcoming.
